West Cumbria League Champions Crowned As Bowling Season Finishes

The champions of the Mixed Triples and the Fours League have been crowned as the bowing season comes to an end.

Workington are this year’s champions of the West Cumbria Mixed Triples League as Whitehaven were unable to get the two 9-0 wins required.

Last year’s champions, Wigton, finished runners-up, just two points behind Workington.

The final of the Knock-Out Cup was played at Seaton on Tuesday, September 5, with Cleator Moor taking the nail biting final 7-2 against Wigton.
