A woman has been arrested following a report of two dogs dangerously out of control in Whitehaven.
Police were called at 3:39pm on Friday, August 4 to the report on Westmoreland Road where a man in his 70s suffered an injury to his hand during the incident, according to Cumbria Police.
Both dogs were contained and seized by police.
A 27-year-old woman from Whitehaven was arrested on suspicion of a person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury. She has been released under investigation.
